Radisson Blu Hotel Ranchi

The warmth of the front desk and restaurant staff, the professionalism all through, airy and bright rooms with superb housekeeping staff, and strong business facilities. I'm also grateful for the late check-out on request, and would like to mention Anand at the restaurant, who unobtrusively sees to all kinds of small details, including a very early packed breakfast; and Sanaya, whose bright and thoughtful helpfulness really made our stay special. An oasis on a busy work trip!

Breakfast was very good. We had food at Water Front, Papaya and Caramel and liked all three of them. The hotel lobby was quite impressive.

The breakfast was excellent. So many options available, both Western and Indian. Free bottled water was always available. The Staff were amazing - friendly, attentive and helpful. Most of the Staff also spoke English. It was easy to organise a car and a driver via the hotel. There were 3 different places to eat. The large pool was a bonus. My room was serviced every day. I truly had a wonderful stay at this hotel.

This was our second stay in Radison blu, Ranchi. The experience was even better than the first one. We arrived early in the morning around 10am and staff were able to accommodate by proving early check-in for two rooms despite the hotel seems busy during the wedding/festival season in India. Guest relation team were excellent! We have been well acknowledged upon arrival and taken well care during the process. I want to say BIG thank you to Ms. Sanaya who was extremely co-operative, polite, prompt in service, humble ,smiling and caring. During the check in process, while waiting in the area my 2 years old son got hurt himself while playing. Ms Sanaya immediately managed to get first aid box and also provided ice to provide relief. My son was fine later on. She also arranged cake for us that too within 30-45 minutes from the request to surprise my parents in law in the second room. This characterize excellent customer service. Hotel ambiance was perfect, especially the lobby. Restaurant food was amazing with lot of good spread. We liked the local dishes on the Morning breakfast buffet. I recommend the hotel for the wonderful experience in your stay.

Everything was awesome, Outstanding ambience everywhere, lovely room & cozi bed very good food, lovely people front desk & house keeping. Gym size & equipments are more than sufficient, lovely open pool as well. Lovely Bar, Spa, Plenty space in basement for car parking.
